What is a 'Depth-Oriented Approach'?
My work is informed by Jungian depth psychology, embodied awareness and contemporary psychotherapy practice.
Sessions may include exploring:
- recurring emotional patterns
- dreams, imagination and symbolic meaning
- different aspects or “parts” of the self
- the relationship between mind, body and emotion
- questions of identity, purpose and belonging
- how past experiences continue to shape present life
The aim is not simply symptom reduction, but to develop a deeper and more sustainable relationship with yourself and your emotional life.
